  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In one bowl, thoroughly mix the following ingredients:
    • 2 cups of oats
    • 1 cup of dried fruit (craisins, for example)
    • 1 cup of sunflower seeds
    • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
    • 2 scoops of whey protein powder
  • In a second bowl, thoroughly mix the following ingredients:
    • 1/2 cup of honey
    • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
    • 2 eggs
  • Thoroughly mix the contents of the two bowls together
  • Grease an 8x8 baking pan and press the mixture into the pan
  • Let sit 10 minutes
  • Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes
  • Let cool and cut into squares or rectangles or whatever suits your fancy

They'll keep for at least a couple of weeks, and will do their job keeping you on the trail.
